This volume celebrates the 60th birthday of Danny Fox. It consists of contributions from his students, collaborators, and colleagues, which span a wide range of topics in syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, including movement and reconstruction, alternatives and exhaustification, definiteness and reference, anaphora and presupposition, questions, ellipsis, and degree semantics. Although diverse in subject matter, the contributions share the wish to demonstrate the continuing vitality of the questions Danny has posed, the methods he has championed, and the community of scholars he has helped shape. This volume is both a celebration of Danny's extraordinary achievements and a testament to the enduring influence of his ideas.
