This informal session aims to give training to the Early Career Researchers (pre-docs and early post-docs) about key areas of interest in academia. Some of the topics that will be covered concern providing guidance on publishing and grant writing, exploring different career pathways and professional development opportunities, and identifying critical skills related to collaborating and networking. After a brief presentation, the floor will given to the ECRs and everyone will be welcome to ask questions and share their own perspective about any- and all-things-academia.
