To register for the conference please complete the following form and press the Send button to submit it. If you choose the online payment option you must make a bank transfer to the following bank account:

Please give your full name and institution as reference otherwise it will be difficult to trace your payment. Transfers must be made before June 20th 2013 in order to be eligible for the early registration fee. Note that if you pay on site the rate increases 5 €.
Please tick the box if you wish to attend the conference dinner. The dinner will be paid at the conference site.
